MCPlant - LLM Based C2

New approach for purple team exercise. C2 tool based on LLM

Utilizng an MCP Server to communicate with your C2 using a python server that creates endpoints to manage tasks and output that Windsurf can communicate with. It utilizes a powershell client for communicating back to the C2 Server and the Windsurf config necessary so Windsurf can make requests to the C2.
